Specify user levels with customisable rules, permissions and restrictions giving system administrators full dominion over user access and bookings. Your existing data can be imported into SiSo, quickly and easily.
The system reminds the borrower of current and future bookings and return dates via email and SMS, decreasing the number of late returns and collections. Users are also notified if their bookings become cancelled. Resources can have single or multiple training levels attached, informing users of the mandatory training and denying user’s access until training is achieved.
Tariffs can be used to automatically create rental charges and fine against a variety of circumstances with extensive granular settings. Applying fines will result in an automatic ban. Reports can be shown in tabular format or graphically and can be printed or saved as a PDF or Excel spreadsheet.
